Susi Vine is a Holisitic Health Practitioner and Stress Resolution Coach that specializes in helping busy professionals simplify healthy living so they can avoid burnout, enjoy optimal productivity & have resilient health. She also supports clients in strengthening the foundations of health by revealing & resolving emotional, physical and environmental influences of stress.
She is passionate about helping clients become aware of the impact of stress in our lives, and that by choosing how we allow stress to impact our health, we write our own health stories.
From personal experience and years of observation, Susi has watched stress affect friends and family, and chronic disease affect families and communities.
Fortunately this does not need to be the case, but unfortunately many people seem unaware of the power they have to stem the progress of disease by addressing stress, which is now recognized to be a major underlying factor in most chronic issues affecting Americans.
With exciting discoveries in neuroplasticity and positive psychology, it becomes clear that we really can have much more control in cultivating happiness and relieving habits of worry, self criticism and doubt. With this ability we can start applying practices today to create a more peaceful and positive state of mind, as well as a healthier and more resilient future.
After seeing how modern lifestyles can lead to chronic health issues, Susi made it her focus to empower clients to live healthier lives.
In her coaching and group programs Susi provides tools to shift the perception of stress as a challenge so that clients feel empowered to thrive under pressure, and get comfortable working outside of their comfort zone. She also supports clients in strengthening the foundations of health by revealing & resolving emotional, physical and environmental influences of stress.
